Silverstone Automation - Performance and ROI

The SilverCATH 2200 catheter/introducer tip forming machine has two independent processing heads for increased throughput. An operator loads product onto two machine-carried mandrels which move into the tip forming stations for processing. Through a 10" color touch screen, the end user can enter and save process parameters within product recipes. Settable process parameters include power output, process times, motion speeds, and positions. Each processing head has a dedicated closed-loop power feedback RF induction power supply and associated servo-driven motions.
